• Starting the Game
  • At the center of the welcome screen, select a level number to begin.
  • On the top left corner of the welcome screen are the following controls:
    • Select the speaker button to turn the game’s sound effects on or off.
    • Select the sun and moon button to switch between light and dark modes.

  • Basic rules
    • You begin with a piece of wood and a pattern rendered in a pink dashed line to follow.
    • Use the chisels to cut away at the spinning piece of wood to form the desired shape.
    • On the right side are a set of five chisels.
      • Each chisel lends itself better to a different type of shape.
      • Switch between chisels to make it easier for you to form the desired shape.
    • As you cut, the percentage that the piece of wood matches the pattern changes.
      • Make sure not to cut past the pattern too much.
        • If the wood isn’t thick enough, it will never reach the right percentage.
        • When this happens, select the reset button to try again.
      • The game will start considering the wood “done” when you reach 80 percent or more. Keep cutting to keep the game from ending the level prematurely.
      • You can stop when you think you’re finished.
      • The level is automatically done once you create a shape than matches the pattern at 100%.
  • Star ratings
    • You receive star ratings based on how close the percentage of the wood is to 100%.
    • Getting 96 and above nets you the full 3 stars.
• Levels
  • Levels are unlocked sequentially. There are 30 levels in this game.
  • You can replay any of the levels you’ve previously beaten.
    • We recommend replaying levels to increase your star rating.
    • The game only saves your highest star rating. Replaying a level and getting a smaller star level will not erase your previous record.
