• Starting the Game
  • Select the Play button in the center of the game’s welcome screen to start the game.

      • At the top the game shows your level number and cumulative game score.

  • Stone matching
    • Open
      • An open stone is a stone which does not have any stones directly on top of it and at least one side (left or right) is free of adjacent stones.
      • Only open stones may be selected or matched.
      • Open stones have a brighter background color whereas stones which are not open have a darker background color.
      • Selected stones are highlighted in yellow when selected.
        • As long as you select other stones that are part of the same vehicle you can continue to match them until the vehicle is complete.
        • As soon as you select a stone that is part of a different vehicle the prior selections are deselected.
    • Same vehicle
      • The stones you match are not identically matching, but rather represent different parts of a particular vehicle.
      • Some vehicles have 2 stones, whereas others can require 3 to complete.
      • You can select the stones in any order, though they must complete a specific version of a specific vehicle.
        • You can select both sides of a school bus in either order to complete the school bus.
        • You can’t match a school bus tile with a tile for another bus type.

        • Most vehicles require 2 tiles to match, with the exceptions being a rocket and a vintage coal train each requiring 3 tiles.
        • Most vehicles match horizontally with the exceptions being the hot air balloon, the spaceship, and the rocket.
      • On some levels a particular vehicle type may appear multiple times.
        • When a vehicle appears multiple times you can match any of the tiles as part of the set, provided you make a complete vehicle match as the set & do not duplicate any tiles as part of your match.
      • Similar vehicles
        • When there are multiple similar vehicles on a level you can use the shape of the vehicle, the color of the vehicle, and the color of the stone background as clues to help you match correctly.
        • If you are uncertain with a specific match type you can do other matches that are easier to make and then circle back.
  • Levels
    • This game has 100 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can’t go back and replay previously beat levels without starting the game over at the first level.
  • Scoring
    • Your game score is cumulative across levels.
    • Earning points
      • Each vehicle you make is worth 100 points.
      • You also score a time bonus at the end of each level.
        • Time bonuses can typically range from 0 to a couple hundred points.
        • The game does not show a timer, but the time bonus can score you more points on later and more complex levels.
    • Spending points
      • Shuffling tiles costs 300 points.
      • Using a hint turns a matching tile pair red with a green outline, and costs 300 points.
