- Nibbles throws cake, cheese, cookies, jelly, and strawberries.
- If you collect multiple food items in a row without missing any you score bonus points.
- Avoiding death
- When your green health bar is empty the game is over.
- Tom throws bowling balls, lamps, plates, and mouse traps at you.
- Getting hit by objects Tom throws does not directly compromise your health, however it stuns you.
- While you are stunned other foods may hit the ground, and that causes your health to fall.
- Eating strawberries restores some of your health.
- The game over screen has a retry button for playing again to see if you can beat your high score.

This is a simple “grab the dropping items” game where you play as Jerry. Grab as much of the food that Nibbles drops as you can. The more you grab without dropping, the higher your score. Having a streak where you grab all the food grants you bonuses like extra health. Be warned, though. Tom will try to drop other items at you. While Tom’s projectiles won’t cost health, they will hinder your ability to catch food. Missing food diminishes your health bar.
As you go along, the game goes faster. It becomes a challenge to grab as much food as you can. Tom also gets bolder and throws more projectiles. Beating a previous high score can take a while.
