• Starting the Game
  • Select the start button in the center of the welcome screen to start the game to bring up the level select screen.
    • Levels are unlocked sequentially.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
  • The welcome screen has a game developer information button in the upper left corner, sound control button in the upper right corner, and a how to play button under the start button.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Use your mouse left click button to select an item type from the top of the screen and drag it into position in one of the playing fields.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Use your finger to tap the screen to select an item then select where you want to lay it.
  • Controls & indicators
    • Across the top the game has the select buttons for money, warrior, shooter, and sanctions.
    • To the right of those buttons is your total current savings.
    • Beneath those buttons from left to right are the following indicators: remaining lives,
• Game Play
  • Play strategy
    • Each type of time has 2 requirements to lay it down
      • you need to have adequate funding
      • the ability to lay it must be recharged (each time you lay a particular piece type it takes a few seconds before you can lay it again)
    • Cash
      • Immediately lay down cash whenever you can at the far left of each column.
      • Keep laying cash whenever you can is this is what funds the rest of your army.
      • I typically prefer to use the 3 leftmost columns for cash, but due to how the battle plays out sometimes some rows have 2 while other rows have 4.
      • Cash costs a one-time fee of 25 and produces 25 periodically.
    • Warriors
      • Across the first three levels of the game you can rely on your infantry warriors to do fighting, however after tanks are included in the game it is best to minimize your infantry usage.
      • Warriors can be used as a stopgap thereafter, but after tanks appear on stage 4 it is generally better to use a combination of sanctions and shooters to fight.
      • Warriors cost 75 each.
    • Sanctions
      • Sanctions are like brick walls which can slow down tanks and other enemies.
      • Sanctions do not have attack power, but hold up enemies while you are able to build your defenses behind them.
      • Whenever you see a tank appear immediately build a sanction as far right as you can without being behind the tank & then try to build range attack shooters to the left.
      • Anytime one of your sanctions gets destroyed quickly rebuild it to block further enemy forces.
      • Sanctions cost 100 each.
    • Shooters
      • Shooters are your range attack option.
      • Shooters are weak at hand-to-hand combat, but work well when combined with either warriors or sanctions out in front of them.
      • Shooters cost 150 each.
  • Levels
    • The game has 5 levels & each has the same basic gameplay. Each level has:
      • 4 rows
      • 8 columns per row
      • 4 types of fighters you can buy
      • discrete waves of enemy attacks
    • Starting purse
      • On the first round you start the game with 150.
      • As you advance through the game you start each level with more credits. For example, on levels 7 and 8 you start with 400 each.
    • Each enemy which gets past your defenses costs you one of three lives.
      • You have 3 lives to beat each level.
      • As you progress through the game tanks are added in level 4.
      • You face the same basic enemies throughout the game, with the exception that the tank only appears from levels 4 through the end of the game.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like simple row defense games.
    • The game has shooting guns & tanks, but has no blood or gore.
  • Other than the above the game has no adult themed content.
