The blocks still move in a straight line an only stop when there’s a wall. The difference is that you can push the blocks themselves rather than guide a small person to do the pushing. You don’t need to create a path for the tiny worker anymore. But this comes with its own challenges later down the line. You can use other boxes and walls to place the box where you want it to go.
