  • Tips
    • Slow it down
      • Slow down your movements when heading around sharp corners so that you make the turns.
      • Similarly, when the angry third dog appears in the game from level 23 onward it makes sense to play slower near the angry dog so you don’t accidentally run into them.
    • Jumping
      • Try to collect all the heart containers on a particular platform before collecting those from other platforms, so that you minimize the number of times you have to jump back and forth across platforms.
      • Some stages have a symmetrical pattern you can travel down so that you make similar moves repeatedly & have less guesswork with where you will end up after each move.
      • If you have to make a straight jump across platforms sometimes it makes sense to build horizontal momentum up first so that when you spin the screen you are traveling along the platforms until you can get the screen fully turned around.
      • If there are hearts which do not require dangerous jumps collect them first & only go after the riskier containers once you have obtained the easier ones.
      • Some hearts are aligned in space & others require bouncing off platforms. If the hearts are aligned be sure you get to the opening with a clean exit so you don’t get thrown off course & are not forced to repeatedly try to correct.
    • Routine route pattern
      • When you have a strategy that works pretty well for you on most of a level keep using the same basic routine so you do not introduce new issues & keep trying the area you make an error on unless you determine it is best to reroute your entire approach to that level.
