• Starting the Game
  • Select the PLAY button at the bottom center of the welcome screen to bring up the level select screen.
    • Levels are unlocked sequentially.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
  • The top right of the welcome screen has a sound control button, while the bottom of the welcome screen has a more games button.

      • open the gates to put the ball in motion

    • Tap the screen with a finger and use it like a mouse to:

    • The upper left corner has buttons for level select & restarting the current level.
    • The upper right corner has a sound control button.
    • The level select screen shows which levels have been unlocked.
• Game Play
  • Basics
    • This is a ball drop physics puzzle game where you can move some of the pieces on the obstacle course to help guide the ball into the bucket below.
    • Move pieces & then time your release so the ball lands in the bucket to beat each stage.
  • Piece shapes
    • Circle – ball touching it can roll down either side unless the circle is off centered to guide the ball in a specific direction.
    • Square – great for slightly nudging a ball which is falling past it, or as acting like a backboard behind the bucket.
    • Ramp – guide the ball toward the lower side. Have a broad cross-section & great for redirecting the ball’s energy while slowing it down.
    • Vertical plank – great for acting as a wall to block overshoots and guide the ball back off it toward the basket.
    • Horizontal plank – good for rolling the ball across while not speeding it up any more.
  • Piece colors
    • White pieces – can be moved.
    • Yellow pieces – can not be moved.
    • Cyan pieces – can not be moved, but rotate 30 degrees clockwise each time you select them (12 clicks for a full 360 degree rotation).
  • Levels
    • This game has 35 stages which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can go back and replay previously beat levels at any time.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You win by getting the ball to drop into the bucket.
      • You lose if the ball gets stuck or falls off platform.
      • This game offers unlimited continues.
        • When you lose a ball all of your pieces remain in the position you had them & you get to play again, adjusting from where you had things placed.
  • Tips
    • Using pieces
      • You do not need to use all pieces in order to beat every level.
      • Many stages can be beat using only a fraction of the total available pieces.
      • If you have more pieces than you need you can simply place the extra pieces out of the way.
    • Piece placement tips
      • If the ball has too much momentum consider placing pieces along the way to absorb some of the ball’s momentum before it gets to the bucket, or place the piece which was just prior to the bucket lower down on the screen.
      • If you have an extra piece which may not be needed but could be useful if the force is too strong you can place it on the opposite side of the bucket almost like a basketball backboard to ensure the ball does not go too far and bounces back into the bucket.
    • Timing
      • On most levels most of the platforms do not move while the ball is in play, however on a few levels the yellow platforms can spin or otherwise move.
      • If you place a ball in play you can set a finger on the screen for where the yellow platform was when you set the ball in motion, or you can use a count method to see how far the yellow platform was from a specific position.
        • After the ball has been played you can make slight timing adjustments for your next play, or move some of the other platforms to better compensate for how the ball moves off the yellow moving platform.
