- Blocks can only move to where there is a clear space. Blocks can not push other blocks while moving.
- Your progress is saved locally in your web browser if you would like to later start where you left off earlier.

Sometimes too easy but still engaging!
If you’re familiar with picture puzzles, you can master this game fast. The goal of Blue Block is to move the eponymous piece out of the playing field through a hole in the wall. Red pieces of varying length block the way out.
A key element of difficulty is the way the red blocks move. You can only move the pieces by their longest side. This can present a unique challenge in some of the cluttered levels, but not always. Moving several pieces at a time is often the only way to clear the path.
Levels vary in their difficulty. Some are almost too easy to solve. Others take a little more strategic thinking to overcome. Even without constraints like a timer, this has the potential to be a very challenging game.
This puzzle starts off easy. Deceptively easy. The goal is simple enough: just move the red blocks so the blue block can through the exit. While there are no time constraints or limited number of moves, it has tricky challenges. First, you can only move the blue block horizontally from left to right. Meanwhile, the red blocks can only be moved on their longest side. As you progress through each level, it gets harder to make an exit.
It’s super easy, but it’s gets a lot harder by level 15. By this level, I had to really think about block movements. If it had limited moves, I would surely have lost at some point. It’s a good game for both kids and adults, it exercises spatial reasoning skills. Activities like this keep your mind sharp.
I finished 40 stages in a little over 11 minutes. I’ll try to play it again and see if I can solve all levels faster. Nice brain game.
