• Starting the Game
  • Select the Play button on the right side of the screen to bring up the level select screen.
    • Levels are unlocked sequentially.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress including beat levels and level scores.
  • Below the Play button are buttons for how to play Help, High Scores, and More Games.
  • In the lower left corner of the welcome screen there is a language select dropdown.

    • Use your mouse left click button to select an open stone & then select an identically matching open stone.

  • Stone matching
    • Identical
      • You can only match identical stones. Each stone contains hieroglyphic writing.
      • You must match stones which show the same object, object color, and quantity on them.
    • Open
      • You can only match free or open tiles.
      • A free stone is one that does not have any stones on top of it and at least one side (left or right) is free of adjacent stones.
      • In this game open stones have a lighter background color, whereas stones that are not free have a darker grayed out background color.
    • Autoshuffle
      • When no valid open pairs remain the game automatically shuffles the remaining stones.
      • This means at least one match is available at all times.
      • Automated shuffles do not cost you points.
  • Levels
    • This game has 105 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can go back and replay previously beat levels to try to earn a higher score on them.
      • Your new score will only replace the old score if you score more points.
    • Stones
      • The first stage contains 16 stones, or 8 stone pairs.
      • Later levels contain more stones.
    • Level timers
      • The first stage gives you 1:03 to complete it.
      • Later levels are more complex and give you a longer time limit.
      • You beat levels by removing all the stones before the timer reaches zero.
        • If the timer reaches zero you can play the level again as this game offers unlimited continues.
  • Scoring
    • Your game score is cumulative across levels.
      • Your level scores increase as you progress through the game as later levels have more stones on them and a longer time limit.
    • Scoring points
      • Each stone pair you match is worth 200 points.
      • Each second you have remaining when you beat a level is worth 30 points.
    • Spending points
      • You can use up to 3 shuffles & 3 hints per level.
      • Hints cost 200 points.
      • Manual shuffles cost 500 points.
