• Starting the Game
  • Select the Play button in the lower left of the welcome screen to start the game.
  • To the right of the Play button are buttons for how to play Help, Highscores, and More Games. Above those buttons is a Submit score button.
  • The upper left corner of the welcome screen has a language select dropdown.
  • The lower right corner of the welcome screen has buttons for game settings, social media sharing, and game developer information.

    • Use your mouse left click button to select an open stone & then select an identically matching open stone to remove the pair from the board.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen with a finger to select an open stone & then select an identically matching open stone to remove the pair from the board.
  • Controls & indicators
    • The right rail contains the game controls.
      • At the top it shows your current level number, current level score, your best level score, your current time, and best time.
      • Next there are buttons for taking hints, shuffling tiles, and pausing the game.
      • At the bottom there are buttons to control game music, control game sound, and switch to full screen play.
    • The level select screen places a green checkmark on each board layout you have beat.
      • It also shows your game score and level completion time.

  • Stone matching
    • Identical
      • Stone matches must be identical with the exception of cats and monkeys.
        • Cats can be matched with any other cat stone.
        • Monkeys can be matched with any other monkey stone.
      • This game has a wide array of emoji tiles in it which look quite similar.
        • You need matches to have the same tone, accessories, orientation, perspiration, eyes, eyebrows, mouth, tongue, etc.
        • Example emoji expressions include: happy, confounded, savoring, fever, scared, crying, laughing, in love, bandaged, embarrassed, shocked, tears of joy, sweat, cold with perspiration, rolling eyes, tongue out, money eyes, upside down face, cringe, zipper mouth, & sad.
    • Free
      • You can only match free stones.
      • Free stones are stones which do not have a stone directly on top of them and have at least one side (left or right) free of other stones.
      • Free stones have a lighter background color, whereas stones that are not open have a darker background color.
    • Autoshuffle
      • When no open pairs remain the board automatically shuffles the remaining stones.
      • This means a valid pair remains available until the level is beat.
  • Levels
    • This game has 80 levels which are unlocked immediately.
      • You can choose whichever level you would like to play from the level select screen.
      • You can replay previously beat levels. Your new finish time & level score will only replace the old stats if you beat them.
    • When you beat a level you will then go to the next sequential level.
      • For example, if you chose to play level 5 then when you beat it you would start level 6.
      • You can then go back and play a different level instead if you preferred.
  • Scoring
    • Your game score is cumulative across levels.
    • Scoring points
      • You start each level with 10,000 points.
      • Your level score is based on how quickly you complete the level and if you used any assistance tips on it.
    • Spending points
      • Each second that es deducts 10 points from your score.
        • After 1,000 seconds (or 16:40) you would have no points.
      • Manually shuffling tiles costs you 20 seconds & 200 points.
      • Taking a hint costs you 10 seconds & 100 points.
    • Submitting your score
      • You can submit your score at any point in time.
      • Submitting your score does not erase your game progress, which is stored in your web browser.
